How Boromlia timeline software collects, uses and protects personal data. Your work is private by default.
Data controller: Oleksii Khodenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, trading as Boromlia, Sumy, Ukraine. Contact support@boromlia.com. Full registered-address details are available on request.
We collect the account information you give us (name, email, hashed password, optional profile photo), the timelines, events, photos and text you create, and technical log data such as IP address, browser and pages visited. Signing in with Google shares your name, email and profile photo with us; we never receive your Google password.
Card payments are processed by WayForPay, a payment service provider in Ukraine. You enter your card and billing details on its own payment page, so they never reach our servers; WayForPay acts as an independent controller for them. We receive only a record of the purchase - plan, amount, currency, date and whether it succeeded - and never your full card number.
Where GDPR applies we process on the basis of contract, legitimate interests, consent or legal obligation, and you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus the right to complain to your supervisory authority. Data is retained while your account is active and deleted on closure, subject to any legal hold.
Timelines are private by default. Nothing you create is public until you choose to share it, and sharing produces a read-only link rather than a public listing. When a shared or public timeline is opened we record the open so its owner can see how often it was read and, for signed-in readers, by whom.
