Boromlia's refund policy: plans are delivered to your account on payment, so purchases are final and non-refundable. What to do about a billing error.
A plan reaches your account the moment a payment clears, so purchases are final and payments are non-refundable. Try the free plan first: one timeline of up to twenty events, no card, no time limit.
Timeline slots and Founding Member are one-time purchases that never renew. Advanced is sold a month at a time; cancelling stops the next payment but does not refund the month already paid for, and access runs to the end of that month.
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have fourteen days to withdraw from an online purchase. By completing a purchase you expressly ask for immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply has begun. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection right you hold under the law of the country where you live.
Billing errors are corrected: a purchase charged twice, a payment taken after you cancelled, an amount that differs from the listed price, or a purchase that never reached your account. Email support@boromlia.com from the address you bought with; we reply within 2 business days.
Boromlia is the seller, so billing questions come to us. Card payments are processed by WayForPay, which is why the charge shows under their name (usually "WFP") on a statement rather than "Boromlia". You keep the right to dispute a payment with your bank.
What you created stays yours on any plan: export it as a PDF, a CSV of every event, or a zip of every photo, at any time. A purchase is governed by the Refund Policy in force on the day it was made.
