Terms of Service for Boromlia timeline software: the licence, permitted use, immediate delivery of digital content, final purchases and payment processing.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Oleksii Khodenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine and trading as Boromlia. Boromlia is a trading name, not a separate legal entity. The Service is run by one person, a sole trader based in Sumy, Ukraine; the full registered address is sent on request from support@boromlia.com.
Boromlia is timeline software, licensed as a hosted web application. It is used to build chronologies of dated events, each with a date or date range, a location, a description, photos, sources and tags, and to read the same events as a vertical timeline, a horizontal ribbon, a map, cards, a chart of spans, a sortable table or a printable A4 document, shared by a link that is read-only unless the owner allows more, or published as a public page. Paid plans raise the number of timelines an account may hold and the events in each; Advanced, Business / Team and Founding Member also add bulk import from a file, sharing, publishing and embedding, and the Ribbon, Log and Doc styles.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for any lawful purpose, including commercial and client work. You keep ownership of everything you upload and write; we hold only the licence needed to store it and show it to you and the people you share it with, and it ends when you delete the content or close your account. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the Service.
Paid plans are priced in US dollars and delivered by raising the limits on your account as soon as payment is confirmed. Timeline slots and Founding Member are one-time purchases that never renew. Advanced is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel on your profile page; the month already paid for runs to its end. When Advanced ends nothing is deleted: each slot keeps one timeline editable, and the rest become read-only but can still be opened and exported. Your contract of sale is with Boromlia: we are the seller. Card payments are processed by WayForPay, a payment service provider in Ukraine, so the charge shows under their name (usually "WFP"). We add nothing on top of the listed price; the payment is taken in hryvnia at the processor's rate. As a Ukrainian sole trader we do not collect VAT or sales tax for other countries. Invoices are sent on request.
By completing a purchase you ask for immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the EU and UK right of withdrawal once supply has begun, so purchases are final and payments are non-refundable. Billing errors are corrected. Nothing limits your mandatory consumer-protection rights. See the Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in its courts.
