Terms of Service for Boromlia timeline software: licence grant, permitted use, delivery, the 14-day money-back guarantee, and how payments are processed.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Oleksii Khodenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine and trading as Boromlia. Boromlia is a trading name, not a separate legal entity. The Service is operated by a sole trader based in Sumy, Ukraine; full registered-address details are available on request from support@boromlia.com.
Boromlia is timeline software, licensed as a hosted web application. It is used to build chronologies - dated events, each with a date or date range, a location, a description, media and tags - and to present those same events as an interactive timeline, a geographic map, a card deck, a sortable data table or a written narrative, publishable through a read-only link. It serves project histories, research and case chronologies, product roadmaps, teaching, travel and family history. Paid plans increase the number of timelines an account may create and the number of events each timeline may contain; Advanced, Business / Team and Founding Member additionally include bulk import from a file, sharing and embedding, and the Log timeline style.
Your plan grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service. You keep ownership of everything you upload and write; we hold only the limited licence needed to store and display it to you and to anyone you share with, and it ends when you delete the content or close your account. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the Service.
Paid plans are priced in US dollars and delivered digitally, by raising the limits on your account immediately after payment is confirmed. Timeline slots and the Founding Member plan are one-time purchases that never renew; Advanced is charged one month at a time. Your contract of sale is with Boromlia: we are the seller and we handle billing enquiries and refunds ourselves. Card payments are processed on our behalf by WayForPay, a payment service provider in Ukraine, so the charge appears on your statement under their name (typically "WFP") rather than "Boromlia". We add nothing on top of the listed price - no tax, no surcharge - though the payment itself is taken in hryvnia at the processor's rate, so a card denominated in another currency is converted back by its own bank. As a Ukrainian sole trader we do not calculate or collect VAT or sales tax for other countries. Invoices are sent on request from support@boromlia.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where the sole trader operating the Service is registered. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
