What happens if we stop paying?
Timelines built while you were on Advanced keep their unlimited events. What a lapse takes away is the room to make more, along with sharing, embedding, bulk import and the Ribbon, Log and Doc styles.
Can more than one person maintain it?
Yes, on Advanced. Add collaborators to the timeline and they can add events; visibility, style and settings stay with the owner.
