Boromlia vs MyLens: a timeline you write and check yourself, with a source on every event and private by default, instead of one an AI drafts for you.
MyLens turns documents, web pages and videos into AI-generated timelines and other visual summaries. Boromlia has no AI features: you enter or import each event, and every one can carry the source a reader would need to check it.
An AI summary is fast, and a wrong date in it looks exactly like a right one. Boromlia is the other half of that workflow. Draft with whatever tool you like, export the events to a CSV with a source column, and import it on Advanced: every row is previewed as the event it will become before anything is saved. Then the source filter shows each event with nothing behind it.
From there the timeline is yours to read as a River, Cards, a Map or Spans, and to share as a read-only link on Advanced.
